Leg One: Muizenberg Beach to Silvermine Nature Reserve
From the Muizenberg Supertube water slide we make our way along the beach and promenade, water nipping at your ankles, before heading up through a quiet and sleepy St James suburb to the start of the Old Mule Track on Boyes Drive.

From there we head through Echo Valley, around the amphitheatre, passing through a magical indigenous forest, before heading down Klein Tuinkloof. From there we follow the contour path and gravel road to Silvermine Nature Reserve, crossing Ou Kaapse Weg and stretching our legs on the Silvermine River Walk before arriving at the reservoir, our first seconding point.

Snacks and drinks will be available and water can be refilled.

Leg 2: Silvermine to Constantia Nek
From the reservoir we take the gravel road to the footpath leading up to Crassula Edge and Noordhoek Ridge before reaching Noordhoek Peak, where we enjoy a breather and the spectacular views. We then follow the undulating but spectacular “Skyline Panorama Route” to Blackburn Ravine, followed by a long and scenic uphill to the Constantiaberg Mast.

After a break at the mast we descend via the Elephant's Eye path to Level 5, Tokai Forest. We follow the flat Level 5 gravel jeep (mostly cyclist’s) track for a few kilometers before joining with the Vlakkenberg path, up and over Vlakkenberg to our next seconding stop at Constantia Nek.

Leg Three: Table Mountain: Constantia Nek to Camps Bay
From Constantia Nek we head up Table Mountain, to the Back Table via the Bridle Path and concrete road. Once on top we follow the path to and across the tops of Nursery Ravine and Skeleton Gorge.

From the top of Skeleton Gorge we head around the Hely-Hutchinson Reservoir to the Waterworks Museum and up through Disa Gorge to the Aqueduct where it rejoins Smut’s Track and makes its way to Maclear’s Beacon. At 1086m, Maclear's Beacon is the highest point on Table Mountain with views from Robben Island to False Bay - weather permitting.

We descend Table Mountain via Echo Valley, following the road and old railway track to Kasteels Poort (KP). We head down KP before popping out on the Pipe Track and heading to Dizzies in Camps Bay, where family and friends can join usfor some well deserved pizza and beer.
